Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
